Most of the staff are nice and helpful. Small isles though. Bot as many options as other stores but it has the essentials untill you can get to another store. Higher priced then other stores.
Tom's is a great local supermarket. It has all the basics and a few surprises. With attractive pricing, it is wonderful to have a nearby supermarket suitable for family stock-ups and quick trips!
Tom's is great. Nice employees. The meat, produce, deli and bakery Depts all do a great job. Some items can be priced up a bit too high; but you're paying for the convenience. I go there about once a week to pick up odds and ends or specialty items (bucket of chicken, baked cake etc,) and have never been disappointed.
The food seems a little more expensive than Wal-Mart at all the toms, but I like coming here because it is closer to me. There usually isn't much of a wait, and the workers are 90% of the time right there to help you what you are looking for. They usually come up and ask you if you need help. A downside is I don't like the pre made food like chicken salad in a container, the chicken behind the counter usually gives me heartburn, and it always looks like their bananas are going bad.
Great butchers, meats, especially sausages, friendly staff, hometown feel, often find bargains and willingness to provide cuts if meat to order. Warm connection to our town - come see how they participate is any parade!!!!!!
